THE TASK
LCP Consulting was having difficulty editing the content on their site on a regular basis. Instead of being an easy task that should have taken minutes to perform, it was a dreary job that nobody looked forward to doing.

The website also needed a full audit to determine a suitable online marketing strategy with the objective of increasing targeted traffic and heightening call-to-action conversion.

THE SOLUTION

Following a website review in phase 1 to establish the way forward for an online marketing strategy, Optimease looked at every aspect of the site that was geared towards delivering content.

We then commissioned a third party with experience of implementing a particular open source content management system (CMS) which ensured LCP would never be tied-in or have to rely on us or anyone else indefinitely to update content for them.

With this in mind, we worked with them to make sure the new site would work hand in hand with the CMS and online marketing requirements. By us project managing, we made sure the project was brought to fruition on time and on budget.

Being in control of these crucial elements, allowed us to simplify the process of creating and implementing an online marketing strategy that is succeeding in its campaign objectives.
