EU Health Staff – Case Study

EU Health Staff is an independent medical recruitment agency specialising in finding doctors from all over the world to work in the UK.

THE TASK
Upon completing a phase 1 website review for the benefit of strategising an online marketing campaign, we discovered EU Health Staff’s website was difficult to navigate and update on a regular basis.

THE SOLUTION
We started by compiling a report detailing areas in which the general, look, feel and usability could be improved, both from a visitor and site administrator point of view.

After agreeing these key points with EU Health, we then set about implementing a user-friendly content management system (CMS) allowing authorised administrators to be able to edit the site in real time via a simple web based login.

The layout of the site was addressed through tweaking the original design to allow visitors a more seamless and enjoyable browsing experience. This resulted in lower bounce rates and higher conversion – whilst still maintaining established brand identity so as not to lose site recognition from repeat visitors.

The online marketing campaign required our three phase approach in identify which elements of the site needed the swiftest attention in order to boost rankings. Even at this very early stage, the client has reported an upturn in traffic and reaped tangible results in terms of an elevated number of enquiries.
